Background

The 981 is my favorite generation of the Porsche Boxster and this S in Aqua Blue Metallic ticks all the boxes. The 6-cylinder 3.4-liter engine rated at 315 hp has a magical exhaust note under acceleration and provides a substantial increase in performance over the base model. Mated to the silky-smooth, engaging, manual 6-speed gearbox and the mid-engine configuration yields “go-kart” handing. All in all, the prefect mid-engine sports car.
