Background:

When the 987.2 Boxster was introduced for the 2009 model year it represented a major mechanical and aesthetic redesign for the platform. The all new 9A1 Engine eliminated all of the potential issues associated with the previous M97 design. It’s 2.9 liter 255 HP Flat 6 Engine offers focused performance and under acceleration the exhaust note is magical especially with the Porsche Sport Exhaust System engaged!  The 6-Speed Manual Gearbox shifts seamlessly, and she handles like a dream due to the mid-engine configuration. This beauty won’t last long and if you miss it, you’ll be waiting a long time to find another one this nice!

Background:

The 981 is my favorite generation of the Porsche Boxster and this GTS ticks all the boxes for me, introduced in 2015 it was the highest specification 981 Boxster offered at the time with all the performance options as standard. The 3.4-liter 6-cylinder engine rated at 330hp offers a substantial increase in performance over the S model.  The engine sounds magical under acceleration with the Sport Exhaust engaged and PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management) offers Go Kart like handling! Top down, wind in your hair, don’t miss out and did I mention it’s a GTS?

2013 Porsche 911/991.1 Carrera S Cabriolet, with 7 Speed PDK (Porsche Double Clutch) Gearbox.
