The vehicle has had the Porsche Sport Exhaust System (PSE) added at some point in it’s life. This is a highly desirable option, available when the car was new and is all factory parts. It would have cost approximately $4k to purchase and have this installed and it sounds awesome!

The 981 is my favorite generation of the Porsche Boxster and this S in Platinum Silver Metallic ticks all the boxes. The flat 6 cylinder 3.4 liter engine rated at 315 HP has a magical exhaust note under acceleration with the added advantage of PSE and Sport Chrono, the PDK transmission shifts seamlessly. This is a very special 2014 Porsche Boxster 981 6 Speed Manual in Rare (1 of 2) Cognac Metallic, contrasted by a striking Luxor Beige Full Leather Interior with Mahogany accents and a Brown Convertible Top. The original and only owner ordered the vehicle from Brian Harris Porsche in Baton Rouge, LA with the exact options he wanted and waited patiently for more than six months for it to be delivered. During his ownership he added a very modest 3,900 miles. The vehicle presents now in absolutely spectacular condition and in my opinion is as close as you can get to new considering it’s seven years old. At delivery all maintenance will be up to date including new Good Year F1 N-Spec Porsche Approved Tires which are being mounted due to the age of the original tires. The new owner will be presented with everything the car came with when the first owner took delivery in 2014.
