When the 987.2 Boxster/Cayman was introduced for the 2009 model year it represented a major mechanical and ascetic redesign for the platform and the end of the truly analog Porsche Sports Car. The introduction of the new 9A1 DFI (Direct Fuel Injection) Engine eliminated all of the potential issues associated with the previous engine design. 2014 Porsche Boxster S 981 Roadster with rare 6-Speed Manual Gearbox finished in Classic Rhodium Silver Metallic contrasted by a Yachting Blue Partial Leather Interior and Blue Convertible Top. It’s hard to believe this excellent Boxster S is 8 years old, it’s clearly been pampered by its two owners who added a modest 33k miles. What an awesome sports car this is! Every time I drive it, I can’t stop grinning! Porsche got it SO right with the 981 Boxster S. The 6 Cylinder 3.4 liter 315 HP Flat 6 Engine has a magical exhaust note under acceleration especially in Sport Mode, married to the silky smooth and rare manual 6 speed gearbox. Point and shoot at the horizon, sunny days are ahead! Don’t miss out!

The 981 is my favorite generation of the Porsche Boxster and this S in Agate Grey  Metallic ticks all the boxes. The flat 6 cylinder 3.4 liter engine rated at 315 HP has a magical exhaust note under acceleration, a substantial increase in performance over the base model and the mid engine configuration makes this Roadster handle on rails.  Top down, wind in your hair, don’t miss out and did I mention the color!
