Wow Amazing 2021 Porsche 718 Cayman GTS 4.0 with 6-Speed Manual Gearbox! Finished in Awesome Aventurine Green Metallic (originally offered on the 911/993 in the 1990’s) Contrasted by a Black Leather/Race-Tex (Alcantara). The vehicle has had just one Southern owner who optioned it as I would have, including Adaptive Sport Seats and rare Burmester Sound System. The GTS standard specification includes many features that make it the perfect driver’s car, including PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management), PSE (Porsche Sport Exhaust) and Sport Chrono. With just 6k miles it’s in immaculate condition and benefits from Paint Protection Film from new on the entire front end. The vehicle just received its first service/oil change at Porsche North Olmstead, and I also had the brake fluid flushed which is due every two years per Porsche’s maintenance schedule. The full bumper to bumper Porsche new car warranty remains in effect until 05/28/2025 or 50k mile. On delivery the new owner will receive all original delivery documentation, 2 keys and a full set of owner’s manuals.

My Impressions:

I’m fortunate to be able to drive and enjoy many different Porsche Sports Cars through my business, they are all exceptional in their own right/era. So far, I’ve only driven this car for a few miles, but it has left a huge positive impression on me, and I would be hard pressed to consider anything else if I was in the market to add to my stable at this point.

Iconic 1997 Porsche 911 993 Carrera Coupe with 6-Speed Manual Gearbox! Finished in Classic Guards Red, Contrasted by a Cashmere/Black Partial Leather Interior. The vehicle was delivered to its first owner in Connecticut in the summer of 1997, I purchased it from the second owner in Texas who had cared for the car since 2000, it has accumulated a total of only 34k miles in the last 26 years. It’s in beautiful condition, the paintwork gleams, the interior is in excellent original condition, and it drives perfectly.

Maintenance:

The previous owner had Porsche Plano, TX complete extensive age-related maintenance on the vehicle in the last 2-4 years at a cost in excess of $28k (invoices are available to review to serious buyers). At that time the vehicle was also fitted with Bilstein HD Struts, this has vastly improved the handling characteristics of the car compared to the original Boge/USA struts the car was originally delivered with. At this point it needs nothing except a new caretaker and will be delivered with all the accessories that came with the car when new.

Background:

The 993 introduced in mid 1994 for the 1995 model year in North America represents the final chapter of the legendary Air-Cooled 911 that first saw the road in 1963. The 993 contains 30 years of development to the platform adding many modern features. The 3.6 liter flat six air cooled engine rated at 285 HP with Varioram Induction mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox provides spirted performance. The multilink, coil-over rear suspension assists in making the handling of this rear engined sport car much more predictable than earlier incarnations.

I’ve owned and enjoyed several 993’s over the years going back to when they were new. It’s been a few years since I’ve had the pleasure of driving one so when this beauty came into inventory, I didn’t hesitate to take it for an extended test drive. It was like meeting an old friend that I hadn’t seen for a while, everything fell into place when I got behind the wheel and the memories of drives long past came flooding back. What a joy this time capsule 911 is! It provides much of the original 1960’s 911 experience with the added modern conveniences of, power steering/clutch/brakes and air conditioning that actually works. With the sunroof open on a nice country back road, no modern car can replicate this experience! There is a reason that the 993 has now reached collector status.

Iconic 1996 Porsche 911 993 Carrera Coupe with 6-Speed Manual Gearbox! Finished in stunning Polar Silver Metallic, Contrasted by a rare Midnight Blue Supple Leather Interior.  The vehicle is highly optioned, as referenced in the factory build sheet below. It was delivered from Paul Miller Porsche, Parsippany, NJ to its first owner also in New Jersey on 02/28/1996, they kept the car until 2009 when it was purchased by the second owner in Arizona. In 2020 it moved to its third owner in Connecticut, and then to me, having accumulated a total of only 41k miles in the last 27 years. It’s in beautiful condition, the paintwork gleams, the interior is in excellent original condition, and it drives perfectly. When the new owner takes possession, the car will have all accessories as delivered when new, 2 keys/remotes, owner’s manual set and maintenance records.

The previous owner had extensive age-related maintenance on the vehicle completed in 2020 by Automobile Associates, Canton CT, a well-known and respected independent Porsche Shop.  At that time the vehicle was fitted with Koni Special Active Struts & M033 ROW (Rest of the World) Springs. This vastly improves the handling characteristics of the car compared to the original Boge/USA specification struts the car was originally delivered with. Since the car has been in my care, I’ve continued addressing any of the car’s maintenance and time related needs. investing a further $7k. Documentation is available on request to prospective buyers.  At this the vehicle needs point it needs nothing.

Uber Cool 2017 Porsche 991.2 911 Carrera GTS Coupe, with 7 Speed PDK (Porsche Double Clutch) Transmission.
