This 2006 987.1 is the second-generation of the Boxster with a clear connection back to the original 986 Boxster of 1997.  The 3.2-liter 280hp M96.25 Flat 6 Engine offers spirited performance and although still constructed with an IMS Bearing, this example was built in July 2005 and therefore has the most reliable and strongest double row version. Mint Condition 2010 987.2 Porsche Boxster Roadster Manual. Finished in Stunning Triple Black, showing less than 22k miles this Boxster is superb in every respect. The introduction of the new DFI Engine eliminated all of the potential issues associated with the previous engine design.
